Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients through elevated selling, personalised service and regular outreach.
- Deliver expert product and brand recommendations in beauty, cosmetics and skincare both in‑store and via digital channels.
- Utilise omni‑channel selling tools, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory to locate product and complete transactions.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic merchandising.
- Leverage social media and digital outreach to generate intentional client traffic and support store initiatives.
