Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank) in every customer interaction
- Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and departmental daily and monthly objectives
- Maintain exceptional customer service by cultivating strong relationships and serving as the brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling resource tool to record, organize and leverage client information and preferences to drive personal business growth
- Deliver comprehensive customer experiences from initial approach through product application, closing the sale, and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring the selling area remains clean, tidy, welcoming and properly merchandised
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated vendor Account Executives
- Conduct in-house training programs, pre-booked facial consultation events, and product demonstrations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- Professional makeup application and skincare treatment consultation expertise
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Sound business judgment and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Preference given to candidates with direct cosmetics retail or beauty consultation experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education or professional makeup/esthetics certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 23.10 per hour.
