Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated in-store and digital selling, acting as a trusted style and beauty confidante.
- Deliver expert product and brand knowledge for La Prairie, providing personalised skincare and beauty recommendations.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel inventory to execute outreach, remote selling and wardrobing initiatives.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and technology usage.
- Leverage digital tools and social media to drive client engagement and intentional store traffic.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, client-focused work environment and support store objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven sales experience in fashion or beauty retail, preferably with commission-based roles.
- Demonstrated ability to sell using digital tools and remote outreach technologies.
- Strong styling sensibility and brand knowledge, with the ability to advise on fashion and trends.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.
