Neiman Marcus seeks a Beauty Advisor - Concierge in Palo Alto, CA. Onsite role focused on clienteling, digital selling, styling and omnichannel retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and superior customer service.
- Demonstrate expert product, styling and brand knowledge to advise clients in person and remotely.
- Use digital store technology, clienteling and selling tools to engage clients, execute outreach and convert sales.
- Leverage omni-channel inventory and fleetwide product access to fulfil client needs and maximise conversions.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive prospecting and organised business planning.
- Utilise social media and digital channels to drive intentional foot traffic and virtual appointments.
- Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused store environment and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation and track record of setting and meeting sales goals.
- Experience selling with digital tools and familiarity with clienteling platforms or digital outreach.
- Styling, fashion or beauty retail experience with demonstrated product knowledge.
- Commission-based sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by store operations.
