Neiman Marcus Chicago seeks a Beauty Advisor (Fragrance) to deliver luxury client service onsite; pay $16–$27/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exceptional customer service.
- Deliver expert product knowledge and styling counsel for fragrance and beauty, representing Parfums de Marly with authority.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel inventory to prospect, present and close sales both in-person and remotely.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and clienteling.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to drive intentional traffic and sustain client engagement.
- Differentiate product presentation and storytelling for remote versus in-store clients to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and contribute to store-level retail initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-driven retail sales; ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and remote selling techniques.
- Background in styling, fashion, beauty or fragrance retail preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and peak demand periods.
