Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling expertise for Dior beauty offerings, both in-person and digitally
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology to service clients remotely and in-store
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Leverage digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional store traffic
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality while creating a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications
