Neiman Marcus (Boca Raton) seeks a Beauty Advisor—Loewe Fragrances. Onsite full-time role, $13–$18/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised service and styling expertise.
- Sell Loewe fragrances in-store and via digital/remote channels using omni-channel inventory and digital selling tools.
- Demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge; deliver expert styling and wardrobing advice to clients.
- Utilise store technology, CRM and social media to conduct outreach, drive intentional foot traffic and convert leads.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive environment and support store merchandising and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets; motivated and goal-oriented.
- Experience selling on commission and familiarity with remote/digital selling techniques.
- Retail or fashion/beauty styling experience with strong product and trend awareness.
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media for client engagement.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Retail or beauty sales experience is required, ideally with commission-based selling and demonstrable success using digital outreach and omni-channel tools to service and convert clients.
