- Model all Neiman Marcus brand principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily and monthly revenue objectives
- Maintain exceptional customer service by establishing and developing strong client relationships as the designated brand and department expert
- Serve as the primary liaison between Neiman Marcus and the assigned Account Executive, ensuring seamless vendor collaboration
