Role & Responsibilities

• Model the company's customer service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all interactions
• Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and departmental sales goals
• Maintain exceptional customer service by developing strong client relationships and positioning oneself as the brand expert and department representative
• Utilize the proprietary online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information, preferences, and purchase history to drive business development
• Execute the complete sales experience from customer approach through application, product consultation, closing the sale, and post-purchase follow-up
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling environment
• Serve as a professional liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated brand account executives
• Support in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
• Work independently and collaboratively to drive individual business success and team performance

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
• Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills
• Proficiency with online clienteling tools and proprietary software systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Sound business judgment and customer relationship management acumen

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably within cosmetics and beauty retail. Previously demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales quotas.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 23.10 per hour.
