Role & Responsibilities

• Model the Saks Fifth Avenue Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank.
• Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line, event, and department daily and monthly sales goals.
• Deliver consistently high customer service by developing strong customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
• Maintain a positive image as the liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the designated Account Executive.
• Use Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource to record and maintain client information and preferences and drive the business.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial approach and product application through closing the sale and customer follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, welcoming and properly merchandised counter.
• Build individual and vendor-line sales volumes, establish and maintain customer relationships, work effectively with team members, and establish new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
• Proficiently close retail sales while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales performance, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring substantial multitasking with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software proprietary to Saks Fifth Avenue.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and a positive approach to the work environment.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently to drive a successful business.
• Sound business judgment and organizational ability.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
