Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, professional bar service to Neiman Marcus customers consistent with the brand's high standards.
- Prepare and serve beverages, leveraging thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and standard service procedures.
- Support efficient delivery of bar and restaurant orders through accurate use of POS / ticket systems.
- Provide detailed menu and beverage information using knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology.
- Adhere to established accounting procedures and accepted methods of payment at all times.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and execute assigned pre-shift, post-shift, daily and weekly cleaning duties.
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and uniform presentation to minimize contamination risks.
- Perform light lifting and physically demanding tasks (lifting and carrying up to ~35 pounds) as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proven experience in food and beverage service, including table service and proper placement of table settings.
- Demonstrated knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple duties simultaneously, and maintain composure with guests.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Experience
Prior experience in bartending, restaurant service, or a related food & beverage role demonstrating competence in beverage preparation, table service, and guest interaction.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
