Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory shortage performance and drive execution of the store-level Asset Protection strategy.
  • Oversee physical inventory integrity through regular review of reports, audits and the initiation of internal investigations in partnership with Asset Protection Investigators.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state and federal laws during internal and external theft investigations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with Store Leadership, managers and associates to raise awareness of shortage results, share investigative updates and support shortage-control initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop, manage performance, and recommend separations for Asset Protection Investigators in coordination with senior store leadership.
  • Provide final oversight on audit execution and ensure the store is audit-ready.
  • Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure adherence to shortage control processes and loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Valid provincial security license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail Asset Protection experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify shortage exposures and design effective mitigation strategies.
  • Working knowledge of retail security systems, information systems and productivity software.
  • Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, using technology, and performing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
