- Direct oversight and daily leadership of Asset Protection Investigators, providing guidance and professional development
- Execute comprehensive asset protection strategy focused on shortage control, theft prevention, and loss mitigation
- Conduct investigations into internal and external theft exposures, ensuring compliance with apprehension guidelines and applicable laws
- Plan, execute, and oversee annual physical inventory and reconciliation processes
- Lead store-wide communication, training, and shortage awareness initiatives to reinforce loss prevention practices
- Maintain physical security standards, oversee camera system functionality, and address security issues promptly
- Conduct and document audit planning and execution, reviewing findings and driving corrective actions with store leadership

Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail asset protection experience, preferably in high-volume luxury goods or complex retail environments
- College degree preferred
- Proven track record of successful shortage reduction and loss prevention implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to large groups and interact confidently with store leadership
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching diverse teams to achieve operational and developmental goals
- Proficiency with retail security systems, reporting platforms, and productivity software
