Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the general safety and security of customers, employees and store premises through proactive presence and observation.
- Conduct monitoring and surveillance to detect indicators of external and internal theft, fraud, or suspicious behaviour.
- Perform internal and external investigations, document findings thoroughly and prepare incident and recovery reports.
- Respond to and help manage emergency situations and coordinate with store leadership and emergency services when required.
- Support inventory-loss reduction via audits, training and participation in store operational programs.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager and other store teams to implement loss prevention initiatives and ensure compliance with procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in loss prevention, asset protection or a related investigative role.
- Customer-focused orientation with the ability to represent a luxury retail environment professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to accurate incident documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using software for reporting and surveillance review.
- Demonstrated investigative aptitude and conflict-management/de-escalation skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities and unexpected situations calmly and effectively.

Experience
At least 1 year of direct experience in loss prevention, asset protection or a closely related investigative capacity within retail or security operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or an associate degree in criminal justice, security management or a related field preferred.
