Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety of customers, employees, and the distribution center environment
- Assess and respond to emergency situations appropriately
- Perform surveillance and monitoring activities to identify indicators of internal and external theft
- Conduct thorough investigations into fraud and theft incidents, documenting findings properly
- Prepare and complete detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control inventory loss through systematic audits and targeted training initiatives
- Support and participate in store operations programs as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of loss prevention or asset protection experience
- Customer-focused mindset and service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competency with computer software and systems
