Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain general safety of customers, employees, and facilities
- Assess and provide assistance during emergency situations
- Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators of internal or external theft and fraud
- Conduct external and internal investigations, documenting all Asset Protection incidents appropriately
- Prepare and complete comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control inventory loss through audits, training, and preventive measures
- Support and participate in store operations programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection
