Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and security of customers, employees and store premises.
- Conduct monitoring and surveillance to detect indicators of external and internal theft and fraud.
- Perform external and internal investigations and document all loss prevention incidents thoroughly.
- Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations and audits.
- Execute inventory-control audits and deliver training to reduce shrink and protect merchandise.
- Assess and assist with emergency situations and support store operations initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in loss prevention, asset protection or a security role.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance service and security responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of producing clear incident reports.
- Investigative aptitude and conflict-management skills.
- Basic proficiency with computer software and incident-reporting systems.
