Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain general safety of customers, employees, and the store environment
- Assess and respond appropriately to emergency situations
- Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators of internal or external theft and fraud
- Conduct thorough internal and external investigations, documenting all loss prevention incidents according to protocol
- Prepare and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control inventory loss through audits, training, and preventive measures
- Support and participate in store operations programs and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
