Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and security of customers, employees, and store assets through visible and covert presence
- Conduct monitoring and surveillance to detect indicators of internal and external theft, fraud, and suspicious activity
- Perform external and internal investigations, document incidents thoroughly, and prepare disposition reports
- Respond to emergency situations and assist with de-escalation, first response, and incident containment
- Complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audit findings
- Support inventory control initiatives by performing audits and delivering loss-prevention training to store teams
- Participate in store operations programs and collaborate with store leadership to mitigate shrink
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or equivalent security role
- Customer-focused mindset with professional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated investigative aptitude and conflict-management skills
- Basic proficiency with computer software to complete reports and log incidents
- Ability to respond calmly to changing directions and unexpected situations

Experience
At least one year of hands-on experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or retail security; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security, law enforcement, or related fields is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.61 to USD 28.26 per hour.
