NARS is seeking a Retail Artist for its Selfridges counter in Birmingham on a 37.5-hour maternity-cover contract until March 2027, offering £14.00 per hour. The role delivers one-to-one consultations and events, develops customer relationships through artistry and product expertise, and works to meet and exceed performance targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Use artistry skills and product expertise in one-to-one sessions and events to help customers select makeup and gain confidence in applying NARS techniques to express their personal vision of beauty.
- Build strong customer connections through the brand’s history, customer engagement approach and high-performance formulas, fostering loyalty to NARS and the Retail Artist.
- Use creativity, communication and customer connections to positively influence how clients feel about themselves.
- Meet and exceed performance targets.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
