Mytheresa seeks full-time warehouse employees to join its Leipzig logistics centre across multiple departments including Incoming Goods, Warehouse Operations, Shipping, and Returns. The role encompasses processing large shipments, unpacking and quality controlling products, picking and packing orders, gift wrapping, finalizing parcels for shipment, and managing returned items. Employees must be capable of working both early (05:35–14:25) and late shifts (14:25–23:15) on a weekly rotating basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming large shipments and manage goods receipt operations
- Unpack, inspect, and quality control products before entering them into the ERP system
- Pick customer orders, store new merchandise, and maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Control and wrap products into luxury gift boxes according to brand standards
- Finalize parcels for shipment with required documentation and sort by carrier
- Conduct quality control on returned products and re-enter them into the ERP system
Qualifications
- Sensitivity and responsible handling of premium luxury products
- Team player with reliability and punctuality
- German (B1 level) or English (B1 level) language proficiency
- Ability to work both early and late shifts on a weekly rotating schedule
- Warehouse experience is preferred but not required; lateral entrants welcome
