Mytheresa seeks an experienced Textile Care Specialist to deliver meticulous maintenance and repair services on high-end luxury products. The role encompasses cleaning, sewing, and repair work on premium items; daily equipment operation including ironing tables and professional sewing machinery; precise quality assurance across the luxury and premium segments; and active warehouse support including order picking, goods receiving, and inventory management. This position operates on rotating shifts within a structured, collaborative warehouse environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, sewing, and repair tasks on high-end premium products
- Operate technical equipment including ironing tables, sewing machines, and specialized textile care products
- Conduct quality inspections on products within the luxury and premium segments
- Support warehouse operations including order picking, goods receiving, put-away processes, and stock inventories
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on all assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in textile, dry cleaning, or textile repair industry
- Demonstrable experience handling textile care products
- Good command of German or English language
- Basic IT proficiency with MS Windows; Microsoft Navision experience preferred
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (early: 05:35–14:25 and late: 14:25–23:15)
