Mytheresa, one of the world's leading digital luxury shopping platforms, seeks a motivated Stylist to join its Milan styling team. The successful candidate will prepare and execute high-quality styling and shoot-on-model imagery aligned with Mytheresa's brand DNA, maintain styling consistency across luxury collections, and manage product handling with meticulous care. This is an on-site, full-time position for an experienced professional with a proven track record in luxury fashion styling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare styling and shoot-on-model images to exacting quality standards consistent with Mytheresa's brand aesthetic and positioning
- Maintain proactive awareness of brand collections and seasonal updates to ensure styling consistency across all luxury labels
- Manage production timelines and targets while maintaining creative excellence, with accountability to keep weekly rework below 5%
- Handle all products and merchandise with appropriate care and professionalism
- Execute administrative and organizational tasks to support smooth production workflows
- Collaborate effectively with photography, content, and merchandising teams in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Fashion, Styling, or equivalent relevant educational background
- Minimum three years of professional experience as a stylist, preferably in luxury or e-commerce environments
- Expert knowledge of leading luxury fashion brands and current seasonal fashion trends
- Strong understanding of e-commerce visual merchandising requirements and digital presentation standards
- Keen eye for runway aesthetics and trend forecasting capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and deadline adherence
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience as a stylist, with demonstrated expertise in luxury fashion brands and preferably exposure to e-commerce or digital content environments.
Education
Graduate degree in Fashion, Styling, or an equivalent relevant qualification.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 31,500 per annum.
