Role & Responsibilities
- Own digital visual presentation and online merchandising strategy for Fine Jewelry and core fashion categories while maintaining luxury standards
- Manage high-value Fine Jewelry inventory end-to-end, ensuring rare and precious pieces are accurately tracked, processed, and professionally showcased on the platform
- Analyze designer and category performance metrics to inform commercial strategy and deliver actionable insights during cross-departmental meetings
- Collaborate with Buying, Creative, and Commercial teams to align campaigns, product launches, and key investments with market trends and brand positioning
- Coordinate photoshoot themes and campaign activations to secure comprehensive premium visual asset coverage across all marketing and merchandising channels
- Partner with CRM and Email Marketing teams to develop bespoke weekly communications and personalized content tailored to high-net-worth clientele
- Audit the digital platform continuously alongside Customer Experience and Shop Management teams to identify friction points and optimize the luxury customer journey
Qualifications
- Academic degree in business, fashion, luxury management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital merchandising, preferably within the luxury sector
- Exceptional knowledge of fashion and fine jewelry markets, including category trends, designer positioning, and current luxury market developments
- Deep familiarity with luxury designers and brands represented on high-end digital platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort navigating e-commerce backend systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English

At least 3 years of professional experience in a digital merchandising environment, ideally within the luxury fashion, jewelry, or selective retail sector. Prior exposure to fine jewelry curation, high-value inventory management, or luxury e-commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
