Mytheresa seeks a Logistics Supervisor in Leipzig, Germany to lead warehouse operations, manage KPIs, and develop team talent. Full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and provide professional management for the logistics team, conducting shift handovers, team meetings, and regular feedback conversations
- Ensure smooth logistics operations by coordinating daily workflows while monitoring adherence to defined KPIs and service-level agreements
- Organize comprehensive onboarding programs for new team members and continuously monitor their training progress and competency development
- Support the Division Manager and take ownership of workplace safety, cleanliness, organization, equipment maintenance, and functional work environment
- Actively participate in logistics projects and continuously optimize work processes and operational flows to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in logistics or a completed vocational qualification/university degree, ideally in logistics
- Demonstrated first leadership experience (minimum 0–2 years in logistics with initial supervisory responsibilities for Level 1 position; 2+ years in logistics with 1+ year managing a small team for Level 2; 4+ years in logistics with 2+ years managing a large team for Level 3)
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness balanced with diplomatic approach, high organizational capability, and strong sense of personal responsibility

Relevant professional experience in logistics operations. Candidates may qualify at one of three levels: Level 1 (0–2 years logistics experience plus first leadership experience); Level 2 (2+ years logistics experience plus 1+ year managing a small team); Level 3 (4+ years logistics experience plus 2+ years managing a large team).
Education
Completed vocational qualification or university degree, ideally in logistics or related field.
