Mytheresa seeks a Logistics Specialist for its Leipzig warehouse to manage outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers, and optimize shipping operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently manage and monitor outbound shipments and all associated administrative tasks
- Coordinate shipping activities with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Create and process shipping documents and corresponding labels while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Ensure on-time deliveries while adhering to customs procedures and export processing requirements
- Participate in logistics projects aimed at continuous process optimization
- Maintain and analyze shipping key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Solid professional experience in logistics or completed apprenticeship/university degree with focus on logistics
- Initial experience in team leadership is advantageous
- Experience in project work is considered an advantage
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English
- Assertive and communicative personality with diplomatic skills
- Sound knowledge of customs procedures and export processing
- Proficiency with Jira, ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late) and on Saturdays
Skills
Experience
Solid professional experience in logistics operations, shipping, or warehouse coordination. Initial exposure to team leadership and project work is advantageous but not required.
Education
Completed apprenticeship or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics. Equivalent professional experience in logistics is acceptable.

The successful candidate will be located in Leipzig, Saxony, Germany.
