Mytheresa seeks a Junior Size and Fit Specialist for its Milan office to produce accurate size and fit information, support model rotation and guide freelancers. The role requires 1–3 years of Size and Fit experience and offers a starting annual gross base salary of €24,300 under the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio).
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce size and fit information for all assigned SKUs on the shooting list alongside the live model team on set.
- Ensure all SKUs on the shooting list are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Conduct proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate with other Size and Fit specialists to organize model rotation.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on size and fit, as well as fabrics.
- Guide the freelancer team to ensure alignment with Mytheresa’s DNA and standards.
- Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size and Fit Team Lead to support consistent and precise information for customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion marketing or a similar field.
- Understanding of international women’s and menswear sizing.
- Knowledge of ready-to-wear and accessories product categories.
- Organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Resilient, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Written and verbal English skills.
- Computer literacy.
