Mytheresa Junior Production Support Manager in Munich, Germany. Full-time hybrid role supporting e-commerce platform operations and order management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot day-to-day platform errors with focus on fast resolution and minimal business impact
- Monitor daily order flow and support core order management operations between e-commerce platform and ERP system
- Coordinate real-time incident responses by escalating critical issues, communicating business impact, and maintaining post-mortem documentation
- Maintain operational site content within CMS including size guides, policy pages, shipping information, and checkout tooltips
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to document issues, clarify requirements, and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Support test planning and execution for feature releases, tracking bugs and coordinating engineering fixes
- Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in production support, digital operations, or QA
- Basic understanding of end-to-end e-commerce order lifecycles including payment authorization, fulfillment, inventory, and returns
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, ERP systems (Business Central or similar), and Content Management Systems
- Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work methodically, identify root causes, and exercise sound judgment in escalation decisions

1–2 years of experience in production support, digital operations, or quality assurance, ideally within e-commerce or a fast-paced digital environment.
