Mytheresa seeks an Influencer Relations and Talent Management Manager in Milan to develop talent strategies, manage industry relationships and oversee partnerships, campaigns, events and reporting. The role is full-time and hybrid, with a starting annual gross base salary of €34,200 under the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the global Talents Team in developing and executing talent strategies across Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear, Life and Fine Jewellery.
- Build, manage and nurture long-term relationships with industry contacts, including talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, managers and other key partners.
- Develop strategic talent proposals and recommendations for brand partnerships, campaigns, events and other initiatives.
- Own talent projects from initial concept and outreach through execution and follow-up, maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Support and lead talent events and activations, including guest-list strategy and management, talent outreach and coordination, logistics, dressing and on-site execution.
- Coordinate talent representatives, external brand partners and internal teams, ensuring clear responsibilities, timelines and deliverables throughout each project.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams, including Social Media, PR and Events, and external brand partners to execute talent activities across markets and categories.
- Prepare and present regular reporting and analysis on talent activities, partnerships, performance and market developments, including weekly and monthly reporting.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, talent relations, influencer marketing, PR or a related field, preferably in an international luxury or premium environment.
- Established network and proven relationships with talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers and other relevant industry contacts.
- Deep passion for and strong understanding of luxury fashion, talent culture, influencers and the evolving social media landscape.
- Ability to independently manage projects, relationships and multiple priorities from concept through execution.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify relevant talent opportunities and translate them into compelling recommendations.
- Highly organized and collaborative, comfortable taking ownership and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, talent trends and the wider cultural landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and good negotiation skills.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 34,200 per annum.
