Mytheresa seeks an Events Manager for its Events team, based in its Munich office, to manage and coordinate projects within budget and oversee event partners, team coordination and logistics. The role requires luxury-fashion or agency experience, including e-commerce emphasis, and fluency in written and spoken English; it offers full-time employment with hybrid working.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects within set budget guidelines, ensuring they reflect Mytheresa's brand identity.
- Initiate cross-departmental communication once project or event objectives are established.
- Coordinate the work of junior team members in alignment with senior team members and the Head of Events.
- Create and share informative reports on current market events and projects, helping the team keep Mytheresa's event formats current.
- Research and gather information on potential cities, venues, location agencies and suppliers, maintaining the internal database.
- Manage communications with selected external partners, including location agencies, florists and caterers.
- Assist with coordinating the logistical and organizational elements of events and special projects.

- Experience in luxury fashion, with an emphasis on e-commerce, or agency experience.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong team-player skills and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
- Flexibility to coordinate daily business and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
