Mytheresa seeks a working student to support the Accounting department with formal and substantive review of international supplier invoices, reconciliation of goods receipt documents, and dunning process management. The role encompasses maintenance of supplier payment terms, invoice booking in DATEV, and payment processing through internal banking software.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct formal and substantive review of international supplier invoices
- Reconcile and verify goods receipt documentation
- Manage and process dunning activities
- Maintain and update payment terms for international suppliers
- Record and book supplier invoices in DATEV accounting software
- Process invoice payments via internal banking software
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree programme in at least the second semester, or pursuing a Master's degree
- Commercial background with focus on Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
