Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct formal and substantive review of international supplier invoices
- Reconcile and verify goods receipt documentation
- Manage and process dunning activities
- Maintain and update payment terms for international suppliers
- Record and book supplier invoices in DATEV accounting software
- Process invoice payments via internal banking software
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree programme in at least the second semester, or pursuing a Master's degree
- Commercial background with focus on Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
