Moynat seeks a Sales Consultant at Harrods, London — full-time luxury retail role focused on clienteling, RTW & leather goods sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador: embody Moynat’s image, DNA and presentation standards at all times and adhere to dress and appearance guidelines.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey through proactive clienteling, personalised advice and follow-up to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
- Drive sales performance by confidently presenting and upselling RTW and leather-goods collections, meeting individual and store targets.
- Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to expand the client book and support long-term relationship development.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in-store to reflect brand guidelines and enhance the boutique environment.
- Process transactions professionally and ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention and stock-control procedures.
- Stay current on product ranges, fashion trends and competitor activity to deepen product knowledge and inform client recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a luxury or high-fashion retail environment; 3 years preferred.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW/LG).
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Moynat brand with professionalism.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and a demonstrable, target-driven sales record.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in luxury fashion, preferably including RTW and leather-goods; a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is expected (3 years preferred).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or higher education in fashion, business or retail is advantageous.
