Moynat Singapore seeks a Sales Associate in Singapore to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Moynat’s image and heritage in interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Deliver an elevated, hospitality-led client experience and cultivate long-term relationships through bespoke service and clienteling.
- Proactively drive sales by presenting complementary products, sharing detailed product knowledge and achieving individual targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate CRM records to grow the client book and support future business development.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions professionally and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock management, inventory control and loss-prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in sales within luxury, high-fashion, or premium leather-goods retail (mid-level preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while prioritizing the client experience.
- Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent Moynat’s brand standards.
- Strong clienteling capability with experience using CRM systems to develop and nurture client relationships.
- Clear understanding of retail key performance indicators and basic stock-control processes.
- Proficient level of English; additional languages advantageous.

Mid-level retail experience in luxury or high-fashion environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance, client development and familiarity with boutique operations.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational diploma or professional training in retail, luxury management or a related field preferred.
