Moynat Singapore seeks a Sales Associate in Singapore to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador: embody Moynat’s DNA and deliver a refined, guest‑centric customer experience.
  • Greet and educate clients about the Maison, building long‑term relationships and cultivating repeat business.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, product knowledge and suggestive merchandising of complementary items.
  • Capture and maintain accurate CRM records to expand the client book and support targeted outreach.
  • Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect the brand image.
  • Process transactions professionally and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support stock control, inventory procedures and loss‑prevention practices.
  • Monitor retail KPIs and contribute to achieving boutique sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury or high‑fashion retail; 5 years' experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
  • Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with Moynat brand standards.
  • Proficient level of English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Strong clienteling skills with experience using CRM or client database systems.
