Moynat is seeking a Sales Advisor for its Paris boutiques to deliver personalized client service, develop a client portfolio, present the collections, and contribute to sales targets and boutique display. The role is a full-time permanent position (CDI).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome local and international clients to the boutique.
- Provide personalized service by understanding each client’s wishes and preferences.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, actively developing a client portfolio through targeted clienteling.
- Present the collections with passion and share the history of the House.
- Guide clients through the product range, highlighting the distinctive features of each product.
- Participate in display management to ensure an attractive visual environment in the boutique.
- Work actively to meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding clients’ specific expectations.
- Represent the House’s image by adhering to its grooming standards.
- Stay informed about the latest luxury and fashion trends.
- Work closely with boutique and back-office teams to ensure consistency in client service.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience.
- At least a two-year post-secondary qualification.
- A successful initial experience in sales.
- Motivated, agile, personable, and strongly attuned to the luxury sector.
- Fluent in English and French; a third language is a strong asset.
