Moynat is seeking a Sales Advisor for its Avenue Montaigne boutique in Paris. The role focuses on personalized client service, clienteling, collection presentation, sales performance and close collaboration with boutique and back-office teams. Permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome local and international clients to the boutique.
- Provide personalized service by understanding each client’s wishes and preferences.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, actively developing a client portfolio through targeted clienteling.
- Present the collections with passion and share the House’s history.
- Guide clients through the product range, highlighting the distinctive features of each product.
- Help manage the display to maintain an appealing visual environment in the boutique.
- Work actively to meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding clients’ specific expectations.
- Represent the House’s image while adhering to its grooming standards.
- Stay informed about the latest luxury and fashion trends.
- Work closely with boutique and back-office teams to ensure consistency in client service.
Qualifications
- At least two years of higher education (Bac+2), supplemented by an initial successful sales experience.
- Motivated and agile, with strong interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for luxury.
- Fluent in English and French; a third language is a strong advantage.
