Moynat seeks Sales Advisor in Paris for luxury boutique role. Fluent French/English required, 3+ years sales experience. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with local and international clients, providing personalized service tailored to individual preferences and desires
- Present collections with passion, sharing the Maison's heritage, innovation, and distinctive product features
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Manage point-of-sale displays to ensure a visually compelling boutique environment
- Actively pursue and exceed monthly sales targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Embody the brand image through adherence to the Maison's grooming standards and aesthetic expectations
- Remain informed of luxury market trends and fashion developments to provide expert counsel
- Collaborate cross-functionally with boutique and back-office teams to ensure seamless client service and operational consistency
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent) educational background
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a customer-facing environment
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural ease in client engagement
- Demonstrated passion and sensibility for luxury goods
- Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
