Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and operationally lead all in-store and external retail events to ensure a consistently elevated brand experience.
  • Develop and execute daily retail animation strategies to engage clients, highlight collections and generate memorable boutique interactions.
  • Build and manage client-centric programs including segmentation, lifecycle management and personalized communication strategies.
  • Plan and run exclusive client events and bespoke experiences in coordination with boutique teams and regional managers.
  • Oversee acquisition, retention and development strategies for diverse client groups, including bespoke outreach and client gifts management.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with retail teams and headquarter departments to guarantee flawless implementation of retail marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of client marketing and retail animation activities; translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing or equivalent.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and familiarity with performance reporting and analytical tools.
  • Fluency in French and English.
