Moynat is seeking a Quality Coordinator in Paris on a permanent, full-time basis. The role oversees quality standards and inspections for products and materials, coordinates corrective actions and supplier audits, and communicates quality findings to workshops.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define quality criteria for new products and update material specifications.
- Monitor applicable standards and regulations.
- Approve production submissions and inspect products delivered by workshops.
- Monitor and analyze corrective action plans.
- Manage in-production quality checks and serve as the primary contact for workshops.
- Schedule supplier audits and ensure changes are properly implemented.
- Prepare inspection reports and minutes of defect review meetings.
- Share monthly boutique feedback with workshops and relay quality alerts.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering or business school.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
- Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, and autonomy.
- Teaching ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in leather goods development, manufacturing, or quality control; 5 years minimum.
Education
Degree from an engineering or business school.
