Moynat (Paris) seeks a Personalization Painter for in‑store leather painting, bespoke customization and event demonstrations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Interpret, study and execute personalization requests from clients (initials, bespoke motifs and artistic commissions) with impeccable finish and durability.
- Design and produce limited‑series painted creations and capsule items to animate boutique events and special launches.
- Adapt and develop the House's personalization techniques for new product shapes and materials.
- Present and represent the Maison’s savoir‑faire during in‑store demonstrations, private appointments and LVMH group events.
- Convey the history, heritage and product story of the Maison to clients and integrate those narratives into bespoke creations.
- Deliver a high‑level, personalized client experience while collaborating closely with boutique teams and internal stakeholders (development, merchandising, communication).
Qualifications
- Proven mastery of painting techniques on leather and a variety of luxury materials.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating refined hand‑painted finishes and bespoke personalization projects.
- Excellent manual dexterity, colour sense and attention to surface preparation and long‑term durability.
- Strong client‑facing skills and ability to translate client requests into feasible, high‑quality executions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and to represent the Maison at events.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in painting, personalization or artisanal finishing — preferably within luxury leather goods, accessories or a related craft.
Education
Vocational training or diploma in fine arts, leatherwork, crafts or equivalent professional experience.
