The Marketing and Visual Merchandising Coordinator supports the operational rollout of Visual Merchandising projects, collection follow-up, marketing tools and content production, while conducting regular competitor monitoring. This is a full-time internship with Moynat in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help prepare and formalize Visual Merchandising guidelines for the boutique network.
- Track the rollout of Visual Merchandising initiatives with teams.
- Contribute to creative development and propose ways to evolve product presentations and the in-store visual environment.
- Maintain collection-tracking tools, including boards, collection plans and tracking documents.
- Help prepare and draft briefs.
- Keep product visuals and assets updated in internal tools, including Bynder for PBI.
- Contribute to monthly activity reporting.
- Support the preparation of product descriptions for e-commerce.
- Write collection-launch materials and communications for the retail network.
- Help prepare retail events and activations.
- Conduct regular competitor monitoring and surveys covering products, pricing, marketing activations and Visual Merchandising, informing the team’s analyses and recommendations.
- Coordinate briefs, scheduling and logistics for packshot shoots.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at Master’s level in a business school or university programme specializing in marketing.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong sensitivity to luxury and products.
- Curious, proactive and rigorous, with an analytical mindset and strong writing skills.
