Moynat (Paris) is hiring an International Management Controller on a temporary contract to lead monthly close, budgeting and cash forecasting across its international operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes for the assigned international scope; validate and analyse monthly results in coordination with local accounting teams.
- Prepare and present monthly and annual KPIs and consolidated results to the central finance team in Paris; act as primary liaison between local entities and head office.
- Prepare monthly cash forecasting and support liquidity planning across subsidiaries.
- Drive preparation of revised forecasts and the annual budget; monitor budgetary adherence and variances.
- Monitor and analyse boutique investment projects and capital expenditure proposals.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational controls: validation of purchase commitments, invoices, expense claims, payments and inventory procedures.
- Monitor discounts, allocations and validate monthly store commission calculations.
- Ensure compliance with tax and social declaration timelines and support audits; coordinate legal and administrative follow‑up with local back‑offices.
- Implement and enforce internal control procedures; lead continuous improvement of processes, tools and reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or university, specialising in Finance or Management Control.
- Minimum five years' experience in management control; international scope or retail/luxury experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial information systems.
- Fluent English.
- Rigorous, analytical mindset with ability to synthesise complex data.
- Autonomous worker with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑border teams.
- Audit experience is a plus.

Experience
Minimum 5 years in management control or equivalent finance roles, preferably with international responsibilities; prior audit experience is advantageous and experience in retail or luxury goods is desirable.
Education
Degree from a business school or university, specialised in Finance or Management Control.
