Moynat seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Paris for its flagship boutique, requiring 5+ years luxury retail experience and fluent French/English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead team development, performance monitoring, and training initiatives, ensuring mastery of the Maison's heritage, products, and service codes
- Build and sustain client relationships, recruit new customers, and execute action plans to drive revenue and boutique performance
- Oversee daily store operations, including product presentation, logistics coordination, and inventory management
- Ensure flawless execution of internal procedures and deliver exceptional service, including VIP client treatment
- Maintain data integrity across CRM, client recruitment, inventory systems, and contribute to performance analysis and reporting
- Coach colleagues toward individual and team targets, and provide constructive recommendations for business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary qualification) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS and reporting systems (CEGID, Excel, etc.)
- Fluent in both French and English; a third language is a valuable asset
