Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and formalization of Visual Merchandising guidelines for the boutique network
• Monitor and ensure deployment of Visual Merchandising initiatives across retail teams
• Contribute to creative development and propose enhancements to in-store product presentations and visual concepts
• Update and maintain collection tracking tools including boards, collection plans, and monitoring documentation
• Prepare briefs and contribute to collection launch documentation
• Ensure product visuals and digital assets are current in internal management systems including Bynder for PBI
• Contribute to monthly activity reporting and provide support for product sheet development for e-commerce
• Write collection launch materials and communication tools for the retail network
• Support preparation of in-store activations and retail animations
• Conduct regular competitive intelligence and market analysis covering products, pricing, marketing activations, and visual merchandising strategies
• Coordinate briefs, planning, and logistics for packshot photography shoots

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university with a specialization in marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Professional English proficiency
• Strong affinity for luxury goods and product aesthetics
• Analytical mindset with excellent written communication skills

Entry-level: this is an internship position designed for early-career professionals with foundational marketing knowledge or relevant academic study.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in a business school (École de Commerce) or equivalent university program with a specialization in marketing.
