Role & Responsibilities

• Steer end-to-end forecasting, demand planning, and sales planning processes for European markets across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring alignment with regional and HQ teams for monthly and annual planning cycles
• Act as primary supply chain contact for regional merchandising team, translating merchandising priorities into supply chain strategy
• Drive novelty allocation by channel and store in alignment with merchandising objectives, monitor launches and track performance metrics
• Plan model stock requirements aligned with demand forecasts and interact with markets on assortment depth requirements
• Collaborate with local markets and European regions through regular meetings, serving as primary contact for supply chain matters within retail and wholesale communities
• Support implementation and adoption of Anaplan for Market-to-POS flow, acting as liaison between regional users and HQ teams
• Define, track, and report key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with regional functions and HQ; create analytics and reports using GCP Looker

Qualifications

• University degree with focus on business or supply chain management
• 3–5 years of professional experience in supply chain roles, preferably in luxury environment
• Ability to connect product strategy with quantitative analysis in business-oriented manner
• Detail-oriented, structured, organized, and process-driven work approach
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with data warehouse systems and planning tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with GCP Looker preferred
• Fluency in English; additional language skills advantageous

Experience

3–5 years in supply chain roles, preferably within the luxury sector, with demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end planning processes and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Education

University degree with focus on business or supply chain management.
