Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, assemble and install boutique fixtures, displays and signage to exacting brand standards for Montblanc stores and events.
- Translate visual merchandising concepts and store plans into precise, secure in‑store installations and seasonal resets.
- Coordinate deliveries, handle on‑site logistics and liaise with store managers, visual merchandisers and external contractors.
- Perform light electrical and lighting adjustments, minor joinery and finishing works; ensure installations meet health & safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, materials and installation documentation; troubleshoot issues during openings, store refits and promotional rollouts.
Qualifications
- Vocational training in carpentry, joinery, technical trades, retail visual merchandising or equivalent practical experience.
- Valid driver's licence and the ability to handle logistics and deliveries.
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight presentation standards.
- Ability to lift heavy items, work at height and use standard hand and power tools safely.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years in retail fixture installation, visual merchandising implementation, joinery or store fit‑out work; prior experience within luxury retail or premium hospitality environments is advantageous.
Education
Vocational training (e.g., carpentry, joinery, technical trade or retail visual merchandising) or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.
