Montblanc in Atlanta seeks a Sales Manager to lead the boutique team, drive luxury sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a boutique sales team to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets while maintaining exemplary client service standards.
  • Own sales performance through KPI tracking, forecasting, pipeline management and implementation of corrective actions to optimise results.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive clienteling, VIP servicing, and personalised follow-up to increase retention and wallet share.
  • Ensure boutique presentation, visual merchandising and product placement adhere to brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, loss-prevention procedures and reconcile daily sales reports with POS data.
  • Recruit, onboard and train sales staff; build succession plans and identify high-potential talent for promotion.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, trunk shows and client experience initiatives in coordination with regional marketing and wholesale teams.
  • Prepare regular commercial reports and communicate market feedback to regional management to inform assortment and merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience within the luxury goods sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales and margin targets.
  • Strong leadership capability with demonstrated experience in coaching, performance management and team development.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting, inventory management and P&L awareness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and clienteling skills; ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Flexible availability to meet retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
