Montblanc is hiring a Sales Coach in Mexico City to lead retail coaching and improve sales performance for boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver on-floor coaching and formal training sessions to frontline sales staff to elevate client engagement and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales performance by setting clear objectives, tracking KPIs (conversion, average transaction value, attach rate) and implementing action plans to close gaps.
  • Model luxury service behaviours and clienteling techniques; conduct ride-alongs, role-plays and live feedback to embed best practices.
  • Partner with store management to identify talent, support performance reviews and implement individual development plans.
  • Ensure consistent product knowledge across categories (writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories) and cascade new collection training.
  • Support visual and merchandising standards in collaboration with VM teams to optimize presentation and commercial impact.
  • Analyse sales and CRM data to identify coaching priorities, territory trends and opportunities for promotional activity.
  • Act as the brand ambassador for store-level initiatives, ensuring adherence to Montblanc standards and local retail processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail with demonstrable experience in coaching, training or frontline leadership.
  • Proven ability to lift retail KPIs through structured coaching and performance management.
  • Deep product affinity for luxury accessories (writing instruments, leather goods, watches) and ability to teach product narratives.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; capable of delivering training to diverse teams and senior retail staff.
  • Flexible, mobile and available for regional travel to support multiple store locations.

Experience
