Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales and customer service in the Montblanc boutique, addressing client needs across writing instruments, watches, jewelry, and leather goods
- Manage repair inquiries, intake procedures, and customer follow-up with meticulous attention to detail
- Participate in external events, exhibitions, and promotional activities, including field sales and client engagement
- Execute inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise tracking systems
- Design and implement boutique displays, seasonal window installations, and in-store visual merchandising concepts

Qualifications
