Montblanc seeks a Sales Associate in Sydney to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross‑selling across product categories (writing instruments, leather, watches, accessories).
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate the brand story, materials and craftsmanship with authority.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and after‑sales enquiries with accuracy and discretion.
  • Execute daily boutique operations: visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM to support follow‑up, appointments and VIP servicing.
  • Contribute to in‑store events, launches and promotional activities to amplify brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience within a luxury or premium brand (preferred 1–3 years).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented attitude and polished presentation.
  • Commercial acumen and a demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Right to work in Australia and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
